Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable shed storage for bikes, canoes etc. Stable and grazing paddocks for horses by arrangement with owners. Y Beudy has a lawned garden with patio, decked sitting area, garden furniture, BBQ, hot tub (for 6 people), out door climbing frame and play area for children and spectacular mountain views.

Shop and pub serving excellent home made food approximately 1 mile (there is a public footpath to the village which is a lovely walk!). Bala lake is one mile away and can be seen from the property.
As soon as you enter the building you are aware that it has been very tastefully modernised with no expense spared on furnishings and decor. The main living area has a wonderful light and airy feel about it during the day but manages to be snug and comfortable after dark.
We believe that Y Beudy is a barn conversion with a twist!
It's an exciting property which exudes light and space with impressive windows that capture the views outside "we wanted to bring the outside in!". The colour pallet is therefore neutral, modern, clean and fresh!
